1. Information only

Ijmali is a comparison and information service. Everything on the site, including prices, delivered totals, shipping, customs, VAT, availability, photos and product descriptions, is provided for general information only, as it is, without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability.

2. We do not sell anything

Ijmali is not a shop and is not a party to any purchase. Products are sold by independent shops on their own websites. Your contract, payment, delivery, warranty, returns and refunds are entirely between you and the shop. Ijmali is not responsible for any shop, its products, its prices, its delivery, its conduct or its website.

3. Prices and delivered totals are estimates

Shop prices can change at any time and may differ from what we last read. Shipping, customs duty, VAT and clearance are our estimates, worked out from published rates and the product's estimated weight and category (see How it works). The amounts you actually pay are decided by the shop, the carrier and the customs authority of your country. Always confirm the final price on the shop's own page before you buy.

4. Listings, photos and trademarks

Product names, photos, descriptions and brand names come from the shops and belong to their owners. Showing them here does not mean the brand owner or the shop endorses Ijmali, or that Ijmali endorses them. We try to place every listing in the right category, but titles can be wrong or misleading and mistakes are possible.

5. Links to other websites

Offers link to shops' websites, which Ijmali does not control. Their content, security and privacy practices are their own responsibility. Some links are affiliate links, and each one is marked on the offer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ijmali and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site or from relying on its information, including any purchase made from a shop, any difference between our estimate and the amount charged, or the site being unavailable.

7. Corrections and removal requests

If you find an error, or you are a shop or brand owner and want a listing corrected or removed, write to [email protected]. We act on such requests promptly.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force.
