Privacy

Ijmali has no accounts, no sign-up and no advertising trackers. This is everything the site records.

Visits and searches

• To count visitors we keep a short code made from the day, your network address and your browser name, passed through a one-way hash. It cannot be turned back into your address, and it changes every day. We do not store your address itself.
• We keep the pages that are opened, the searches typed into the site, the country your connection comes from, and which offers are clicked. When an offer is opened from a search, the click is stored with a separate one-way code made from your network address and browser, so that one person clicking twice counts once. We use all of this to improve results and to see which shops and products people look for.

On your own device

Your theme choice (light or dark), your watch list and your basket are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies for visitors. (The only cookie is the owner's own sign-in to the private statistics page.)

Other services

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes network traffic to deliver and protect it. When you follow a link to a shop, that shop's own privacy policy applies from that point.
